FIREBALL & OUR MILEBUILDER

This is an epic trip and the cheapest way to build up your offshore experience.

We depart Cowes in September and head south until the butter melts;

Our ultimate destination is Las Palmas in the Grand Canaries.

You must have previous offshore experience for this one and we will spend

two days before departure training, most of it around safety and good

seamanship.

You can choose to do a leg or the whole trip. We do however guarantee an

epic adventure.

Please note departure and arrival can be delayed as common sense means

we avoid bad weather where ever possible. Safety First.

THE JOURNEY

You will need to be flexible with time. Although we should depart and arrive as planned we are at the mercy of the weather. Its also likely we will arrive ahead of time so you maybe forced to go ashore an absorb some local culture.

Also please note additional stops maybe made to ensure a safe passage.

Leg 1 - 12th Sept -18th Sept 2026 UK to France

The first leg starts from Cowes on the South Coast of England to La Rochelle on the west coast of France. A journey of approximately 425 nm.

Leg 2 - 19th Sept -26th Sept 2026 France to Northern Spain

The second leg departs La Rochelle France following the Coast to the beautiful city of A Coruna Northern Spain. A journey of approximately 450 nm and its getting warmer.

Leg 3 - 27th Sept -2nd Oct 2026 Northern Spain to Southern Portugal

The third leg departs A Coruna Northern Spain down the Iberian Peninsular to Cascais nr Lisbon Portugal

A journey of approximately 325 nm Told you bring a T Shirt.

Leg 4 - 4th Oct - 11th Oct 2026 Southern Portugal to the Canary Islands

The fourth leg departs Cascais Portugal for Las Palmas in the Canary Islands following the North African coast.

This is our staging post for the Transatlantic ARC Race

A journey of approximately 850 nm Welcome to your extended summer sun.
